I'm sure that Pokemon from gold raids have higher IVs or egg moves like in the wild, but I'm not really sure
Pokémon in “Gold” raids are guaranteed as many perfect IVs as there are stars in the raid. For example, if you participate in a five star raid and catch the Pokémon, they will have minimum five perfect IVs.
