Can the Glalie from the ORAS demo be directly transfered to Pokebank?

I want to get it in USUM, but I don't have access to my OR right now. Do I just have to wait you till I have access to it, or can the Glalie go directly to Pokebank OR Uktra Sun? (also if it works does it work with the Steelix from the Japanese version)

You Cannot Obtain Mega Glalie Without ORAS

Sending the Pokemon Requires You to Beat The Demo AND requires you to have a Full Copy of Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire. You use Pokemon Link for it and therefore cannot get it from Pokemon Bank or even USUM.

HOWEVER

If you really need a Glalie, you can obtain it on Mount Lanakila, and obtain the Mega Stone from the Battle Tree!
