How to prevent weather in White 2?

Question

Such as Sandstorm's sand storm or Hail's icy rainfall. I'm looking for moves and held items, but not abilities. I'm planning on giving a Wonder Guard user this move or held item.

Rain dance and sunny day end weather conditions unless it's currently rainy or sunny, respectively.

Rain dance and sunny day stop other weather conditions. I'm pretty sure those are the only answers in gen 5.
