Can I get Contrary on my Black-and-White Snivy?

I'm going to start a black and white playthrough soon. I want Contrary on my Snivy because it makes leaf storm OP. Contrary is its hidden ability. Is there any way to get an HA Snivy in B/W?

There is no way to get HA Snivy in B/W anymore, however you could trade for one.

Because Pokémon Dream world is shut down, that does not appear to be possible any more. However, there may be a different method I don’t remember.
