Where can I get an eevee or an eeveelution?

I really want an eevee/eeveelution.PLEASE HELP!

ps I don't have wi-fi or any friends to trade with

Unfortunately, Eevee is not available in pokemon Black or White. You'll have to trade or transfer one from a previous game if you want one. Breeding is probably the best way to go. Luckily, Eevee is a pretty popular pokemon to trade, so you shouldn't have much trouble finding one.

There was a recent promotion on the Pokemon Website, where you played a game, and got a chance to get one of any of the Eeveelutions, with a Dream World ability.
Although, it has just passed recently. You can always ask someone to breed an Eevee for you and evolve one yourself.
