Ditto and Chandelure DW ability Breeding

For example, i have a level 65 chandelure with a competitive moveset.
i also have a ditto, but i forget the level.
(hypothetically) if i get a dream world ability ditto, and breed it with this chandelure, it will obtain its dream world ability shadow tag?

Only if your Chandelure had the DW ability would it work.
