Why is primarina’s z-move stronger than the other starter’s z-moves?

Question

Primarina’s z-move has 195 power, but decidueye’s and incineroar’s are only 180 base power. Why? I am sorry if this is against the rules, I am new.

Probably because Sparkling Aria has higher base power than Darkest Lariat and Spirit Shackle.

A FOOLISH MISCALCULATION! Unlike the -ate and -ize abilities, liquid voice does not boost the power of these new water type moves. It's still pretty useful, as you can can a special attack buff with a stab hyper voice while holding throat spray, though.
