Can I get a park ball in Pokémon USUM?

Answering this question because the previous answer is wrong. Even if you do transfer from an older game, Pokemon caught in the park ball will actually have whichever Pokeball it had before you caught it the second time due to it's use in the Pal Park.

Transfer a Pokemon caught in one from a DPPt or HGSS. Otherwise no.
