Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 100 HP / 110 Atk / 150 Def / 150 SpD
Adamant Nature
IVs: 30 SpA
- Iron Head
- High Horsepower
- Play Rough
- Power Whip

Adamant Nature boosts Attack stats by 10%. The Muscle Band gives Power Whip 132 Attack Power, Play Rough 128.7 (thanks to Sheer Force) Attack Power, Iron Head 114.4 (again, thanks to Sheer Force) Attack Power, and High Horsepower 104.5 Attack Power. Now, on to the coverage. Iron Head is for STAB and Ice, Rock, and Fairy type coverage. High Horsepower for Fire, Electric, Steel, Poison, and Rock type coverage. Play Rough for Fighting, Dark, and Dragon type coverage. And finally, Power Whip for Water and Ground, and also serves as an alternative for Rock coverage (gender is just my personal preference).

Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk)

Zen Headbutt/Rock Slide

Eviolite gives Cufant extra bulk, as well as the EVs. Adamant increases your Attack and lowers your useless Special Attack. 3/4 of these moves take advantage of Sheer Force, those being Zen Headbutt/Rock Slide, Iron Head, and Play Rough. Play Rough and Zen Headbutt are fighting coverage, Rock Slide is Fire coverage, Power Whip is Ground coverage, and Iron Head is STAB.
