With the DLC will Pokemon Sword be a National game?

so I kinda want to catch all the Pokemon and I want to know if with the DLC will it be posable to catch all of the Pokemon

No. Even with the addition of the DLC Pokemon, it has been stated (and leaked) that not all Pokemon will be returning. There will still be roughly 150 or so missing from Galar.
