Is it possible to have 2 megas in VGC?

I've been looking at Nugget Bride recently, and I've been seeing teams with 2 megas. Is it possible?

Does "is it possible?" mean "is it possible to enter battle with 2 mega stones?" or "is it possible to use both of those mega stones in the same battle?"?

While you can't Mega Evolve two Pokemon in a match, you can technically have two Megas. You'll only be able to use one though, so it's wasting an item slot to have two Megas unless you want to be able to choose for each different match.
