In 5th Generation competitve battling is Garchomp still banned from most of Overused?

Before I model a team with it, is it still banned from most places? The lists look a little different now but I wanted to make sure.

Have fun now that he abuses with Tyranitar and Excadrill in the sand more than ever. Hopefully people won't baton pass even more stuff now that it's even easier. You better hope he doesn't have a Yache berry. :)
