Top Snek Jr. (Snivy) @ Eviolite
Ability: Contrary
Level: 5
EVs: 236 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Glare
- Leaf Storm
- Synthesis
- Hidden Power [Ice]

One day, it will join a Top Snek army and Assault Bands will be a thing.

Eviolite is for extra bulk. Contrary boosts its Special Attack when it uses Leaf Storm. Maxing out Special Attack and Speed increases its sweeping potential. Timid makes it just a tiny bit faster. Glare is for cutting the opponents Speed, just in case they're faster. Leaf Storm is incredibly powerful STAB that boosts its Special Attack by 2 stages each time it is used (due to Contrary). Synthesis is for recovery. Hidden Power [Ice] hits Flying, Grass, and Dragon types.

Snivy @ Eviolite
Timid Nature
240 SpA/252 Spd and 16 EVs are unfortunately wasted.
Contrary Ability.
- Leaf Storm.
- Hidden Power Ground
- Synthesis
- Glare

This moveset helps maximize Snivy's Contrary Ability. Snivy is by far not the fastest Pokémon in LC, so Glare is there to help with its Speed against faster sweepers. Fortunately, Snivy gets the Additional 4 Stat Points from EVs, with Timid, maximize its Speed. Hidden Power Ground helps to cover its Fire and Poison Weakness. Leaf Storm is self explanatory. Synthesis is for healing to hopefully get off another Leaf Storm. However, Flying types completely counter this set, but there are not many very common types in LC. If you do come across one, switch out.

Here's a physical Snivy:

Snivy @ Focus Sash
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 236 Atk / 236 SpD / 12 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Aqua Tail

Swords Dance boosts Snivy's Attack. Leaf Blade is STAB. Knock Off is a good move to have on any Pokemon, what with the amount of Eviolites in the tier. Aqua Tail deals with Snivy's Fire weakness. The Focus Sash ensure that you get at least one Swords Dance off.

Special Snivy

Snivy @ Eviolite / Kebia Berry / Choice Scarf / Choice Specs
Ability: Contrary
Level: 5
EVs: 236 SpA / 240 SpD / 16 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 1 Atk / 30 Def / 30 SpD / 30 Spe
- Leaf Storm
- Synthesis
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Glare

Leaf Storm works well with Contrary as it will raise it's Special Attack stat by 2, since Snivy is not a bulky Pokemon, it would need a healing move, Growth would not work since this Snivy has contrary, Hidden Power Rock because it counters all of Snivy's weaknesses except for Poison, Glare to lower down other Pokemon's speed, it also has a chance of not moving due to Paralysis.

Physical Snivy

Snivy @ Eviolite / Choice Band / Choice Scarf
Ability: Overgrow
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 236 SpD / 12 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Grassy Terrain

Leaf Blade because it has high critical hit ratio and Swords Dance raises it's Attack by 2 stages, while Knock Off deals double the Damage when the oppoment has a held item which it will also Knock Off, Grassy Terrain is for raising Snivy's attack that it does along with Swords Dance and Overgrow, Grassy Terrain also has a side effect of healing all Grass types by 1/16.

I've hoped I've helped!

Swords Dance is completely useless with a choice item, and Synthesis, Glare, and Grassy Terrain just suck with one.
