Ok, I've got a few suggestions for the movesets.
First, for Dragapult, choose Thunderbolt or Fire Blast, and use U-turn. I suggest using Fire Blast for Ferrothorn, so would go with Draco Meteor, Shadow Ball, Fire Blast, and U-turn. Use Timid over Modest, since you already have Choice Specs to increase Special Attack. You want to speed tie most other Dragapult, which will usually run Timid + Choice Specs.
On Bisharp, you can use a Life Orb over Black Glasses, but Black Glasses work just fine. I would use Swords Dance for the last slot. Jolly can be used over Adamant for Speed, but Adamant also works well. Overall, good job on this set! :)
Onto Togekiss. This set could use the most work, in my opinion. First, never use a boosting move with a Choice item, it's just a waste of a moveslot. Second, I wouldn't use a Choice Scarf, unless you're running Trick. Personally, I like a Leftovers + Roost set, one that's meant to annoy the opponent.
Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Air Slash
- Roost
- Flamethrower
- Thunder Wave
Now, for the breakdown of the types.
With the moves I recommended, you have Flying, Fire, Dark, Steel, Dragon, Ghost, and Bug. These hit every Pokemon for at least neutral damage, which is good.
Defensively, Dragapult can take Electric and Poison type attacks for Togekiss, and Fighting and Fire type attacks for Bisharp. Bisharp can take Rock, Poison, Steel, and Ice type attacks for Togekiss, and Ice, Ghost, Dark, and Dragon type attacks for Togekiss. Togekiss can take Dark and Dragon type attacks for Dragapult, and Ground and Fighting type moves for Bisharp. So, all together, they can cover for each others weaknesses very well.
Also, with Togekiss as an annoyer, Dragapult as a Special Sweeper, and Bisharp as a set up Physical Sweepers, their roles align well together.
So, to answer your question, they do both seem like good teammates for Dragapult.
Hope this helps! :)
