[Pros]

  • Mr. Rime has a good offensive typing and a great offensive movepool. It does get reliable recovery in Slack Off. The lack of pursuit in Sword/Shield does benefit it if it wants to set up and sweep.
  • Its signature ability Screen Cleaner removes opposing dual screens from hyper offence teams, making it a solid revenge killer against hyper offence teams picking up KOs that other revenge killers like Mimikyu would struggle with such as Vs. High HP Gyarados.
  • It is decently specially bulky and has access to CM/Nasty Plot/Rapid spin for setup options.

[Cons]

  • Due to being Ice/Psychic type, it is weak to so many different typings and is pretty frail physically that almost all opposing Pokemon except tanks will be able to OHKO it.
  • Base 110 SpA is good, but realistically isn't brilliant. Base 70 speed is pretty slow and this Pokemon is not tanky at all.
  • Most likely due to Mr. Rimes type, speed and bulk weaknesses and the potential backfire of screen cleaner cleaning your own screens, it is hard for it to be used on a wide variety of archetypes, making it very niche.

[Dynamaxing Potential]
- This Pokemon can dynamax depending on the situation, Id guess the majority of teams you are looking at other Pokemon that are better suited to the role. Unless you had a specific team composition around Mr.Rimes sweeping potential such as a sticky web team.

[Potential Movesets]

Mr. Rime @ Focus Sash
Ability: Screen Cleaner
Level: 50
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Freeze-Dry
- Foul Play / Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt / Hail / Trick Room

I've thought of this random looking set as a catch me all vs. the vast majority of popular hyper offensive teams going around now. Focus Sash allows you to always live one hit from your opponent even if they are boosted. Psyshock hits Hawlucha for the OHKO and is used over Psychic because of Hawlucha getting SpDef boost from Psychic Seed. Freeze-dry OHKOs Gyarados and Barraskewda. Foul Play OHKOs +2 Adamant Excadrill and does very good chip to Jolly Excadrill or you can use Focus Blast for the guaranteed OHKO if you are feeling risky. Thunderbolt is for Gyarados if it is Dynamaxed (you would have to Dyna yourself). Other Options are Hail to get rid of Rain/Sand or Trick Room.

Mr. Rime @ Expert Belt / Life Orb / Sitrus Berry
Ability: Screen Cleaner
Level: 50
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Ice Beam / Freeze Dry
- Slack Off / Thunderbolt
- Calm Mind / Nasty Plot

Another set in this vein is probably also possible, though most likely only under sticky webs or vs. slow teams. Pretty standardish setup set with the coverage to hit a lot of the tier. It is a bit inferior in this sort of role compared to other psychic types and especially compared to special attackers like Hydreigon and Gengar. Also Mr. Mime-Galar with Eviolite may outclass Mr.Rime in this due to its speed tier and eviolite bulk.

Most likely this Pokemon is going to be very niche, I don't imagine its usage to be too high in Battle Stadium.

This is basically a breakdown of Mr. Rime, and it points out why Mr. Rime is outclassed in a few places.

Hope this helps! :)

Also, Mr. Rime is outclassed by faster Psychic Types such as Alakazam and slower ones that can run Trick Room better like Slowbro and Hatterene.
Am I weird for using HA Mr rime then? :/
