If a Max Raid boss KOs two or more of your teammates in one turn, then you use Retaliate the next turn, will the power be the standard 140? Or will it increase based on how many of your teammates were KOd the last turn?
Retaliate inflicts damage. Its base power doubles from 70 to 140 if a Pokémon from the user's party has fainted in the previous turn.

Since technically your allies aren't in your party, it doesn't count.
Oh, and I couldn't find anything that said Retaliate could go past 140 BP.
