Salandit @ Focus Sash
Ability: Oblivious
Level: 5
EVs: 36 Def / 192 SpA / 36 SpD / 220 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Flamethrower
- Sludge Wave
- Dragon Pulse

Pretty standard. EVs make it a good wallbreaker. You can get off a Nasty Plot without having to worry about Taunts because of Oblivious. This thing is a glass cannon.

Salandit @ Life Orb
Ability: Oblivious
Level: 5
EVs: 52 HP / 36 Def / 188 SpA / 220 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA
Timid Nature.
- Sludge Bomb
- Fire Blast / Flamethrower
- Hidden Power Grass
- Nasty Plot

This set maximizes Salandit's potential to sweep. Nasty Plot helps it hit even harder and Hidden Power Grass helps cover 3 of its weaknesses, being Water, Rock and Ground Respectively. EVs and Nature maximize its Speed and Special Attack. The rest go into HP and Defense to take a hit against Pokémon like Mienfoo.

31 IVs in all stats make Hidden Power Dark. You need 0 Atk and 30 SpA IVs to be HP Grass. I fixed that, but just a small note that with 30 SpA IVs you can give it 192 SpA EVs so that it reaches 16 SpA, with 188 EVs it is at 15 SpA stat.

Salandit is a fast special sweeper. There's no question about that. So here's a moveset focused around that.

Salandit @ Focus Sash
Ability: Oblivious
Level: 5
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Modest Nature / Timid Nature

  • Sludge Bomb / Sludge Wave
  • Flamethrower / Fire Blast
  • Dragon Pulse
  • Nasty Plot

Right off the bat, go for a Nasty Plot. You'll probably outspeed except for against faster mons, and you're guaranteed to survive to the next turn due to the Focus Sash. You'll want Sludge Bomb if you want a higher poison chance, and Sludge Wave if you want higher base power. Flamethrower offers higher accuracy than Fire Blast, but Fire Blast has higher base power. Dragon Pulse is a great move on Salandit because the only types that do well defensively against Dragon (Steel and Fairy) are weak to either Fire or Poison, your STAB moves. Modest and Timid natures both lower attack, and raise special attack and speed, respectively. The EVs are self-explanatory; special attack and speed are the two stats that Salandit focuses on, and the most useful for a fast special sweeper. HP is the default third EV sink, since it doesn't focus on only special or physical attacks like the defenses. Oblivious protects you from infatuation and Captivate, but more importantly also protects from Taunt (and Intimidate but we don't care about that).

Those EVs won't work in LC at Level 5 for Salandit.
