Does Dragon Darts have a separate chance to miss?

So if I used Dragon Darts and the other Pokemon avoids it because it has +2 evasiveness, will the other Dart hit it? Or will it avoid the entire attack?

It will avoid the entire attack.

If it hits once, the second hit is guaranteed.
