Can you find multiple of the same Legendary when exploring dens in Crown Tundra?

I caught the Suicune and Zapdos already, but I'm worried if this means I can no longer shiny hunt them. Are they even available to be shiny?

Crucially, each player can only get each legendary Pokemon once.

They are able to be shiny hunted, however.
