Does the last attack get the 1.5x boost?
From what I understand, first attack bp would become 30, then if doubles, which makes the second move 60, then boosted by technician to 90 and last move 180?
Pls tell me I'm wrong cuz if I am not wrong it's op.

Well, its definitely boosted.
With techinician 0 Atk Technician Scizor Triple Axel (40 BP) (3 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 39-45 (**10.1 - 11.6%**) -- possibly the worst move ever
Without technician: 0 Atk Scizor Triple Axel (40 BP) (3 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 24-30 (**6.2 - 7.7%**) -- possibly the worst move ever
With technician it does 10%, and without technician it does 6%

Yes and no. Yes it gets technician boost. No, because it doesn't double.

Hits three times. Power increases to(not doubles) 40 for the second hit and 60 for the third. This move checks accuracy for each hit, and the attack ends if the target avoids a hit. If one of the hits breaks the target's substitute, it will take damage for the remaining hits. If the user has the Skill Link Ability, this move will always hit three times.

It's power just increases. So, the first would be 30, then 50, then 90. That's a total of 170 power if they all hit with technician. Basically it's op, unfortunately because it's just increasing, not doubling it's not brokenly strong.

The second hit should do 60 damage not 50 as the base power of second hit is 40 .
