Is Poipole ShinyLocked in SwSh?

Question

I just got a Poipole with good IVs but I also want a Shiny Poipole, so is Poipole ShinyLocked? If so, what are the odds of getting a Shiny Poipole?

It is shiny locked in Sword and Shield, unfortunately. If you want shiny Poipole, you'll have to soft reset for one in the Ultra games, or trade for one.
