Both are definitely viable, but I believe that Autotomize has more viability and usefulness overall. Necrozma with Dragon Dance/Autotomize has much versatility to be a Dynamax Sweeper or just a regular sweeper as well. Also, as a quick note, Dragon Dance is usually considered superior to Autotomize because with a Jolly Nature, it outspeeds every non-boosted Pokémon in the tier that are viable while still getting an Attack Boost. Additionally, in Trick Room, Necrozma can Swords Dance with a Weakness Policy to become a fearsome Trick Room Sweeper, but as a result of having to carry Swords Dance and possibly set Trick Room up, it misses out on valuable coverage that Dragon Dance sets have.
Also, no Trick Room sets are mentioned on Smogon for Necrozma in NatDex AG.
So, I would go with Dragon Dance for more versatility in moveset and an additional Attack Boost from Dragon Dance, but in the end, choose which benefits your team more as both are viable, but I believe Dragon Dance is slightly superior.

Dusk Mane Necrozma's Weakness Policy is enough for Boost, no need for SD. Taking Autotomize or Dragon Dance makes it lack bulks since he's too slow. Tbh, I don't feel running a DD Dusk Mane without Ultranecrozium Z. Plus, you are vulnerable to Ditto. Which is why I feel running TR, since Ditto gets beaten by Earthquake if non-Dynamaxed.
I just included Swords Dance because you can never rely on a Weakness Policy to activate, but you are probably right about that.  And also, Dusk Mane has the bulk to last at least 1 or 2 super effective hits and after a DD, outspeeds the unboosted meta which I said.  With the Ditto part, you are probably right, it has a high usage right now and could destroy your team.  I could see running TR because of that.  However, I still believe DD/Automize is slightly better.  If you want, I can hide this though.
Not really. He can't survive always. Here's the calc:
252+ Atk Groudon-Primal Precipice Blades vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 334-396 (99.7 - 118.2%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Dark Aura Yveltal Dark Pulse vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 347-411 (103.5 - 122.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 242-287 (72.2 - 85.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
For Trick Room:
252 Atk Groudon-Primal Precipice Blades vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 306-361 (76.8 - 90.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Dark Aura Yveltal Dark Pulse vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 267-316 (67 - 79.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Rayquaza-Mega V-create vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 336-396 (84.4 - 99.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Some important calculations. You don't need to hide, I will keep this and BA it.
