Are the Lake Trio able to be accessed during manual time changes on the 3DS or do you have to wait?

so, I'm trying to get all three for my oak challenge, so I changed the time on my ds to the times that Uxie and Azelf appear, but they.. won't appear. Does manually changing the ds clock reset their timer, or am I missing something? I only caught and encountered Mesprit so far, never any others.

Yes! Changing time manually in DS clock will pause everything for 48 hrs . This means, since you changed the time, you've to wait for the next 48 hours for Uxie/Azelf to appear in appropriate times! :(

So, you've to wait for it. It cannot be caught by changing time..
