Hey hey been awhile since I asked a question!
I recently got a pre-owned Pokemon Moon (it wasn’t completed at all so I’m finishing it) and the starter was a Popplio. The thing is, this Primina doesn’t have its sig. move Sparking Aura so I give it it’s special Z Crystal, the Primaiam Z, and I’ve never really been to the Move Re-learner in my Pokemon Sun & Ultra Moon so I don’t know where it is.
