Is there a way to backup my Pokemon Sword save data?

If you didn't know, Pokemon is one of the few games on Nintendo Switch that don't have the backup save data service, most likely because it would be way too easy to clone Pokemon. Is there a way that I can backup my data through other means? I don't want any fishy sites if it can be helped plz

You can't, you can transfer your account to another switch though. They work similarly but Pokemon Sword and Shield don't support cloud saves.

Pokemon Sword and Shield does not support Cloud Saves. An Internet Connection is required to transfer Save Data. It is required for both consoles to be linked to the same Nintendo Account.
