Is Lagging Tail the tail of an Onix?

This is not known for sure. However, it can be assumed, as Pokemon has made Pokemon tails into items before (Slowpoke Tails are, well, Slowpoke tails, and Fluffy Tails are based off Skitty tails). It's likely it's an Onix tail, but it can't be proved yet.
