How come Keldeo Ordinary form was able to use Secret Sword?

I thought only Resolute form could use Secret Sword...

Keldeo taught Secret Sword in Pokémon Black and White remain in Ordinary Form in other games.

We don't see the rest of it's moveset, but Keldeo must have had a Black and White event exclusive move.
