Where is the DeepSeaTooth in HeartGold and SoulSilver?

I have looked everywhere but cannot find it. If you could help me find out where I can get it, I would appreciate it very much!

There is a grand total of one DeepSeaTooth in HGSS, which can be found as a hidden item on Route 20 just to the right of Blaine's gym entrance.
