Isle of Armor:
In the Isle of Armor, you can have a choice between Squirtle and Bulbasuar that are both capable of gigantamaxing. Venusaur, Blastoise, Gigantamax Venusaur, and Gigantamax Blastoise can be found in raid dens.
The alolan starters are available by finding Digletts around the Isle of Armor. If you chose Sobble, you get Popplio. If you chose Scorbunny, you get Litten. If you chose Grookey, you get Rowlet. These always have their Hidden Abilities.
Crown Tundra:
Blaziken, Sceptile, Swampert, Marshtomp, Combusken, and Grovyle can be found in Dynamax adventures.

Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise, Hoennian, and Alolan starters, in addition to the Galarian starters.

Bulbasaur and Squirtle can be found in the Master Dojo, where Honey will give you one with the Gigantamax Factor as a gift. They are also able to be found in raids and Dynamax Adventures.

The Hoenn starters can be found in Dynamax Adventures. Note the first stages cannot, only the second and third stages.

The Alolan starters are given as gifts by the Diglett hiker in the Isle of Armor, where you get one depending on your starter.
