Personality Value: How and Where can I find it?

In Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Can you tell me where I can find the Personality Value of my Pokemon? I would like to evolve my Wurmple into Silcoon but I want to be sure it will and I saw that the PV or Personality Value has to be 4 and Under. I just don't know how to find out where that would be? Help me Please?

According to Bulbapedia, there is no way to know which evolution Wurmple will evolve into.
