Which Regi Is The Best In Pokemon Mystery dungeon DX?

I got all Three Regis (Regirock, Regice and Registeel) And I want to use one on my team but I cant pick which one. Also whats a good move set for the best Regi? Thanks In advance.

I’d have to say Regice is the best.
The Regis all have very similar stats, with very high defenses. Registeel may seem appealing at first with that steel typing, but Regice sets itself apart from the other two with the amazing move in Ice Beam. It has an incredibly long range, allowing you to snipe opponents before they can even reach you. For the set:
Optimal held item: Special Band
Ice Beam
Thunder Wave
Focus Blast
Thunderbolt
