How do you get Manaphy in Pokemon GO?

I was searching for how to get Manaphy in Pokemon GO (not sure why), and I saw a strange Manaphy egg. How do you get this egg?

It’s not in the game yet
The strange egg is from Team Rocket Leaders and hatches in to certain dark and poison types
That’s all there is too it
