There are 5 moves that lower the user’s Sp. Atk, and here they’re are.
- Draco Meteor is a Dragon Type Move that does 130 Base Damage with 90% Accuracy.
- Fleur Cannon is a Fairy Type Move that does 130 Base Damage with 90% Accuracy. It is the signature move of Magearna.
- Leaf Storm is a Grass Type Move that does 130 Base Damage with 90% Accuracy.
- Overheat is a Fire Type Move that does 130 Base Damage with 90% Accuracy.
- Psycho Boost is a Psychic Type move that does 140 Base Damage with 90% Accuracy. It is the signature move of Deoxys.
That is all the self-lowering Sp. Atk moves, and now for the target-lowering moves.
- Captivate is a Normal Type move that lowers the target’s Sp. Atk, if they are the opposite gender of the user.
- Memento is a Dark Type Move that causes the user to faint, but lowers the target’s Sp. Atk and Atk.
- Eerie Impulse is an Electric Type Move that lowers the target’s Sp. Atk.
Please note that these attacks lower Sp. Atk by two stages, and not by one. There are plenty of moves that do that same effect, but you didn’t ask for them, so I didn’t put them here.
