Golett is often overlooked in LC, and aren't very common, but they can be so so good if you use them right! Here's the set that I use, that prove to be really good for backup support.

Titan (Golett) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Iron Fist
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 164 Atk / 54 Def / 54 SpD / 236 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shadow Punch
- Earthquake
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch

I often find that, even with EV investment, Golett doesn't always outspeed. That's why Choice Scarf is a great help (mostly lol)! Shadow Punch and Earthquake for strong STAB moves, Shadow Punch never misses, and gets an Iron Fist boost. Drain Punch and Ice Punch both get Iron Fist boosts, and as well as them both having great coverage, Drain Punch heals too.

Hope this set helps!

EVs: 252 HP / 150 Atk / 100 Def / 6 SpD
Adamant Nature

This is for gen 8.

Those EVs don't work in LC. The maximum HP EVs you can have at Level 5 on it is 204, 150 EVs on Attack are same as 128, 116 Def EVs are better than 100 because 36 EVs have same effect have as 100 and 6 SpD EVs don't add anything.
You can have 252 EV's in Level 5 also, it depends on what stat you want it to have, and the end number of the stat...
Not in Golett's case, however.
Maybe, I forgot the number table, but the earlier comment was like a general one rlly >.<
"The maximum HP EVs you can have at Level 5 on it"
"It" doesn't refer in general. It meant Golett, so sorry if you misunderstood.
Then I misunderstood, sorry oof.
