I need to know if there is some pokeball that is really usefull against him, I'm already using Ultras and Quick Balls, but to no avail. Please help.

You should be able to catch it with just about anything if you low it's HP to 1 with False Swipe and put it to sleep, but if you want to catch something with a low catch rate, your best bet is almost always going to be Timer Balls. Try a Quick Ball on the first turn, as that gives you a catch rate of x5, but if that doesn't work, lower its HP, give it a status, and use Timer Balls.

This is your best bet. If Ultra Balls haven't worked even with low HP and a status condition, Timer Balls will help with this even more due to a 4x catch rate after 10 turns compared to 2x with an Ultra Ball. Additionally, just start out the battle with a Quick Ball for a chance to catch it.
So, use Timer Balls with Ho-Oh having low HP and a Status Condition and you should have no problem.

if I thought my comment was sufficient for an answer I would have answered myself.
I thought it covered the question fairly well so I just quoted it.
bruh .
Also, none of my poke's know things that could cause an unharmful status condition, such as Paralysis or Sleep, although I am teaching Swampert Ice Beam, which has a chance to freeze, but that's not a very affective move to HO-oh
You should probably go catch some Electric type and give it a Focus Sash to get a Thunder Wave off.
The only way to get one is through Battle Resort, and I'm not at that part in the story yet. Mabye a magnemite with sturdy instead?
Any Pokémon with Thunder Wave will do fine.
