Does Chairman Rose reappear after you defeat him?

I already beat Chairman Rose after the Eternatus incident, has anyone seen him post-game? Just interested to see what he would say.

However, while Leon had worn down the Pokémon, he was unable to catch it; and it is only stopped by the combined strength of the player, Hop, Zacian, and Zamazenta before being captured by the player. Rose is not seen again after Eternatus's capture, having turned himself over to the authorities. Subsequently, Leon takes over Rose Tower and inherits the position of League Chairman from Rose, using these new positions to create the Battle Tower and Galarian Star Tournament.

No, Chairman Rose doesn't seem to appear again after defeating him. Bulbapedia says the same thing, he isn't seen anywhere in-game in Sword/Shield.
