Why can't I find a Sturdy Magnemite in RSE?

Question

I've been searching for a Sturdy Magnemite to Thunder Wave Latias into getting paralyzed, but no matter how many I kill, hoping it'll survive, it doesn't work. I checked when Sturdy came out, and it's in RSE, so am I just getting bad luck?

Sturdy makes the Pokémon unaffected by one-hit knockout moves.

But this site says it's any move that would kill it in one hit, not specifically the OHKO moves.(There's a difference)

It must have been an error. Negates 1-hit KO attacks is what the website says on the descriptions though for RSE. They must have not put for Gen 3 and 4, Sturdy only protects from OHKO moves. You should really do something about your firewall too so you would actually be able to look at Bulbapedia.
