In LGPE OU, all of it's special moves had base 90 power. In Nat Dex, the power and accuracy changed a lot. If you hacked Eevee-S into the SwSh, would they have the same accuracy and power they have on Showdown! in Nat Dex or is Showdown bonkers? Pikachu-S's Zippy Zap also changed in secondary effect and power.

This isn't a glitch in Nat Dex or Showdown!. You can read the "Changes" part for the moves in our site, it mentions them having their accuracy, power, pp, etc. being changed. So, if they were hacked into SwSh, they would have same power, accuracy, etc. as listed in Showdown!.

Changes
In Generation 8 the base power of Baddy Bad was reduced to 80 and accuracy reduced to 95%, however the move is not actually available in-game.

These are some ones for example. You can check the page for each of Eevee-S' moves, it does mention the change in Gen 8.

Hope this helps!

No, these were changed in the actual game. If you look at the page of zippy zap, for example, it was changed. Thus, game freak did something weird, and showdown just reflected that change. This is a theory, but I think they tried to make it similar to extreme speed. Again, just a theory, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Yes, a lot of eevee moves were nerfed too. This is my "source" This is the page for baddy bad.
