Is there any reason to use Mega Charizard X over Y in Pokémon Go?

First of, MCY has a higher attack, and theres no Stealth Rock chip, since its in Pokemon Go. It’s defense is just about 5 or so lower, and MCX becomes Dragon Type. That means its weak to the common Dragonite and Garchomp, the formidable Rayquaza and the Creation dragon trio. So is there any point of using Mega Charizard X over Y?

Mega Charizard X is a dragon attacker.

Mega Charizard Y is definitely the superior fire type, but Mega Charizard X gets STAB from dragon moves, as well as giving teammates in raids a boost to dragon moves. This makes it an effective Pokémon against dragon-typed raids. The set it uses is Dragon Breath (community day move) and Dragon Claw.
