Will the Queenly Majesty mon still be immune to the move now that it was used at normal priority?

The Pokemon with Queenly Majesty will not be immune to priority moves used via Copycat, etc, because priority moves used via Copycat, etc do not have priority.

Because Metronome has normal move priority, a move with higher or lower priority may be executed other than when it normally would. For instance, Metronome may cause Quick Attack to be used after a normal priority move or Roar to be used before a normal priority move.

HunterBear4: if Copycat or Assist choose a priority move, do they get priority?
Archas: HunterBear4 not anymore.

However, if Prankster Assist calls a move that normally doesn't get priority, the fact that Assist itself was boosted to +1 means that Queenly Majesty will block such moves if they target an opponent. This is true even for moves like Photon Geyser, where their major draw is that they're supposed to bypass move-suppressing abilities, as the moves don't get to have that feature if they're called indirectly via Assist or such.
