Does flinch chance increase consectutively?

Question

because after i flinch once it usually happens again eg. drapion used fire fang twice i flich both times

or am i just having a series of unfortunate events:(

Just a series of unfortunate events,

The flinch chance of a move will stay the same from consecutive use, Although as you most likely know, things like Kings Rock and Serene grace, can up your Flinch chance, but it won't go up more every time you flinch.
