Well, as a trainer who battled in both OU and UU, I decided to try my luck at Little Cup. Now, as a start for that, I tried to try out teams in PO, and I was pummeled to see that the EVs work differently on pokemon at lower levels. So, my question is, how much EVs are enough to get the maximum amount of stats at level 5?
