Where is the Pokemon lab in FireRed?

im doing a randomizer and I don't know where the Pokemon lab is

The Pokemon lab (RBY,GSC,FRLG,HGSS), or known as the Cinnabar lab (LGPE), is a facility that is located in cinnabar island.
It is located beside the Cinnabar Pokemon center as seen from this picture:

On Cinnabar Island the most left on the south. There aint any more Pokemon labs in the game.
