Is it possible to get a Razor Claw in Pelago?

That’s it pretty simple. I have a shiny Sneasel with no Razor Claw.

No, you cannot find Razor Claws in Poke Pelago.

However, you can find one in Tapu Village and held by wild Jangmo-o, Hakamo-o (5% chance each), and Kommo-o (50% chance). You can find Jangmo-o at Vast Poni Canyon. Hakamo-o and Kommo-o can be called in SOS battles.
