I know the basics of what Fluffy does, but I'm looking for the effects specifically on an Ice/Fairy type. And since (if the target is not weak to fire) Fire types that make contact would do regular damage, how would that stack up on a Pokemon weak to Fire? Would physical Fire moves be a 4x weakness instead? Or would they do neutral damage, or stay at 2x effectiveness?

A Pokémon with Fluffy takes half damage from moves that make contact. It also takes double damage from Fire-type moves. Fire-type moves that make contact will deal regular damage.

Fairy-types are NOT weak to Fire-types, which means that an Ice-/Fairy-type like Alolan Ninetales takes 2x super effective damage from Fire-type moves normally. Since Fluffy makes non contact Fire-type moves do double damage and contact-making moves regular damage, a non-contact Fire-type move (most Special ones) will do doubled stacking to the Fire weakness making it 4x. If the move is contact making e.g like Flare Blitz then Fluffy would not come and the damage would be regular at 2x.
