I really like Vespiquen's design & specially defensive support. I'm not sure if she is any good in current SW/SH Battle Stadium Singles though if anyone can come back to me with a good set or thoughts.

The Vespiquen set I made:

Vespiquen @ Leftovers
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SpD
Bold Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Roost
- Bug Buzz
- Defog

Toxic spikes for a good hazard setter. Bug buzz because of her decent special attack and as a good STAB move. Defog to clear any hazards that occur. Roost just to heal if needed.

Viability Rankings of BSS

As you can see, the Queen Bee isn't even in the C- ranking, meaning it is a gimmick at best, and it is easy to see why:

  • Despite it's high bulk, it has one of the worst typings in the game,
with a quaduple weakness to Stealth Rock, forcing it to use Heavy
Duty Boots, weakness to all kinds of common attacking types and
amazing Max Moves, and therefore horrible matchup against nearly the entire
    metagame.

  • For this Reason is outclassed by Zapdos and Landorus-T as a Defogger, by Toxapex as a Toxic Spikes setter and by Celesteela, Toxapex and Porygon 2 as a Wall.*

Thanks, I knew that she wasn't good. I just like here design, I normally use dusclops eviolite, toxapex, or corviknight as a wall. I just wanted to make sure that she wasn't very good.
