What are the locations of the wisps in Cobalt Coastlands?

I’m not being that guy that just doesn’t look for the wisps. I’ve gone back and checked for them multiple times, but there is just one I can’t find. In the Cobalt Coastlands, there is one wisp that I can’t find, no matter how many times I revisit the spots. I check every spot every time and they are all gone, but the little girl still says I have one missing in the Cobalt Coastlands. I don’t think it is a day and night thing, but I’m not sure. If anyone has an answer, please help me. I’m getting really annoyed I can’t find this thing

That was the video that I used and I went to all the locations he said the wisps were in, but there was still one missing. So thanks, but I don’t think that will work. I will try again tonight and see if I can find it but I doubt it. I’ll update you if anything happens
