Metronome item and multiple hit moves?

does the metronome item power up the moves such as rock blast and iccicle spear? ex: rock blast hits 3 times and does 75 damage, with metronome it does 82.5? is this true?

Nope. Sorry. The Metronome only adds its effects if you use the same move multiple turns in a row.
