Like the question says, what kind of nature should l get for a mixed attacker, in my case, Rapidash?
lt's moveset is going to be:
- Megahorn
- Flare Blitz
- Overheat
- Wild Charge

lt's mainly a physical attacker, but if my opponent brings in a Pokemon that is physically bulky, l want to use Overheat to attack it, but l want it to be strong enough to do some damage.

l was thinking about a Jolly nature (^Speed -Sp Atk) but that would lower Overheat's damage, since l need it to be able to do something. I am also a little confused in terms of EVs too. Should l invest some EVs into Sp Atk or it won't matter, and l should put it into Atk? Without Sp Atk EVs, and a Sp Atk lowering nature, Overheat wouldn't do much, especially after the 2 stage drop (but l plan on switching out after the drop).

Rapidash (M) @ Power Herb
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 76 SAtk / 180 Spd
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Overheat
- Flare Blitz
- Megahorn
- Wild Charge

This is what I think I would use but I'm not really into mixed attackers

EDIT:I normally use hasty or naive for mixed sweepers

Been a while, but l figured that yes, Naive and Hasty are the best for Mixed Sweepers.
Thanks for your help! :D
I think MewCreation meant "White Herb", not "Power Herb", Sam.
Ah yes, l just caught that. But never mind, l wasn't going to use White/Power Herb anyways.
l was going to give it Leftovers to make up for some recoil damage, and the question was about the nature anyways. :)
