Which of Camerupt and Rapidash should I use in Monotype on Showdown?

I've looked at the stats of these Pokemon and they both seem alright, although Camerupt will have to work on it's speed. I've been deciding for a long time now and can't seem to pick on Pokemon showdown.

Well, let’s check them out.
If you call Rapidash’s Speed “respectable”, you’re wasting your life or just wrong. Rapidash is WAAAAAAYYYY faster than Camerupt, coming in at a base 105, its best stat. Its Attack is amazing, too.

Bulk: a little frail
Hard-hitting?: yes
Fast?: YES

Rapidash @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
-Flare Blitz
-Wild Charge

My choice? Mega Camerupt with actually incredible bulk!

The EV set is not too good. Never run a mixed set unless you know what you are doing. Also, Rapidash defenses are 70  Def and 80 Sp.Def and HP 65. While Camerupt both Def and Sp.Def are 100 and HP 70. Rapidash should get Swords Dance and Wild Charge for water-types.
